High Protein Meal

So as I embrace a low carb high protein lifestyle I’ve been playing with some new recipes. This one definitely made the rotation! I promise you won’t miss the pasta at all. This Creamy beefy bake is loaded with flavor and hits the spot.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Cool Down Time: 20 minutes (Don’t skip this step!)

Total Time: 1 hour

Servings: 7-8 servings

All you need is:

2 lbs Ground beef ( grass fed preferred)

1 lb Bacon of choice (I normally use Turkey or beef bacon)

16 oz Broccoli and Cauliflower (frozen, takes less time to cook)

1/2 Onions (optional)

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Salt

Pepper

1 package of HV Ranch

1 block of cream cheese

1 1/2 cups of heavy cream

2 cups of cheddar cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

I cook ground beef to preference readiness, drain the excess oil off the meat then place back in the skillet. Next add onions and all the seasonings to the meat and cook until the onions start to become translucent. I then add 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, the Parmesan cheese, block of cream cheese and heavy cream. Mix it well until everything is incorporated, the cheese has melted and sauce starts to thicken turn off heat. I then thaw my frozen broccoli and cauliflower for 2 minutes in a microwave safe bowl then pour into a baking dish. Next add the meat and sauce mixture on top of the veggies. Lastly Sprinkle on top of the meat mixture the remaining cup of shredded cheese and some crumbled cooke bacon. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once your oven is heated place the dish uncovered in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Take out oven let set for at least 20 minutes so it’s not runny and can cool to thicken the sauce so everything hold together.

Yall this was sooooo good and my family enjoyed it, let me know if you try it out! 🤗
