As the rainy September continues, I’m reminded of this wet but fuzzy day from January 🥹
SL booked a dinner on a January evening to propose to YE. We’d been checking the weather all day, but just 15 minutes before it was meant to happen, the skies opened up and poured on us — a true When Life Gives You Lemons moment 🥲
We even had to run for shelter a couple of times because the downpour was crazyyy!! But I love the rain — not for the way it soaks everything, but for the way it reminds me how liberating it can be put down all our expectations and enjoy Life. Looking back now, I’m so proud of these photos — of how beautifully the moment unfolded despite (and maybe even because of) the rain.
I’m headed to Jeju for a destination shoot in a week’s time. And as you may know Jeju is a bit crazy in the weather department too!! I’m so glad that I’ll have my couple’s fullest trust to pull off a memorable pre-wedding session, even if the skies don’t turn out in our favour!!
