If you're looking for a "wow, not just a photo shoot," going to see the butterflies at the Ban Slag Phetchaburi (in the Kra Kra National Park) is one of the most special experiences in Thailand. I'll give you a straightforward review. 👇

The "Camp Sketch House" is a tent spot and natural trail known for its enormous number of butterflies, especially during the summer (Apr-Jun).

Main viewing point: km10-18 along the dirt / creek.

There are more than 200-250 species of butterflies.

Some days you see a "thousand main flock" eating pong at the same time.
