This new person chooses herself…
And it’s about damn time 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 #selflove #healing #chooseyou #lemon #fypシ゚viral
Looking back on my own journey, I realize how easy it was to lose myself in trying to maintain relationships that weren't healthy or balanced. I remember staying silent to avoid conflict, tolerating disrespect, and putting others' comfort before my own. It took a lot of reflection and courage to recognize that compromising my own well-being was doing more harm than good. I found that the process of healing truly begins when you decide to value yourself above all else. Choosing yourself isn't selfish—it's necessary. It means setting boundaries, saying no when needed, and not settling for less than you deserve. There's a powerful freedom in understanding that losing people who don’t value you is not a loss, but a gain in self-respect. Self-love practices, like journaling, mindfulness, and positive affirmations, helped me reconnect with who I am. I started to celebrate small victories, like speaking up for myself and prioritizing my needs. This transformation wasn’t overnight, but each step brought me closer to the person I wanted to be—someone who doesn’t dim her light for others. If you’re struggling with similar experiences, remember that healing is personal and unique. Surround yourself with supportive people who uplift you, and give yourself permission to grow. Embracing self-love creates a foundation for healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life. It’s about becoming the new person who chooses herself, every day.

Thank you for posting the things that you’ve posted and the things that you’ve been been through in relationships and pulled out of ingrown from I needed to read all of this on your page. Thank you for sharing it all. God spoke through you for sure I needed this. You have no idea how this just saved my life. Thank you. God knows what he’s doing for sure even in the midst of the heart he knows what he’s doing and I love that about God it does show me that there’s still good people in the world willing to be vulnerable with their hurt like I am. I’m so vulnerable. Even the people that I know we’re gonna hurt me, but I feel it’s integrity too, and I have a lot of integrity to do. What’s right and not do people wrong. So thank you for sharing. It all makes me have hope that I can to get stronger and get through it all in rise up again.
