Some ppl are just sh!t…
No matter how hard you try to please them. It’s better to just be yourself and if they don’t like it, bye! ✌🏼 #Lemon8 #fy #foryou #trending #goodbye
Navigating relationships with difficult people can be incredibly challenging. From personal experience, I've found that no matter how much effort I put into pleasing others, some individuals simply won’t change their behavior or attitude. The phrase, "some people are just shit," might sound harsh, but it captures a painful reality: not everyone is open to growth or kindness. In dealing with narcissistic ex-partners or toxic individuals, it’s easy to fall into the trap of constantly trying to fix things or win their approval. However, this often leads to frustration and disappointment. What helped me most was embracing my true self fully, without fear of judgment or rejection. When you act authentically, you attract people who respect and value you for who you are, and you create space for healthier connections. It’s also vital to recognize when it’s time to say goodbye. Holding on to relationships that drain your energy without mutual respect can be harmful. Setting boundaries and walking away is not a sign of failure but a step toward self-preservation and peace. Remember, your worth isn’t defined by others’ opinions or acceptance. Being yourself is the ultimate act of self-love. If someone can't appreciate that side of you, it’s perfectly okay to let them go and focus on your own growth and happiness. This mindset has been freeing and empowering in my own journey, and I hope it encourages others to stop compromising their true selves for the sake of pleasing those who won’t change.
