Happy Tuesday Beautiful People ❤️❤️❤️
I've found that practicing emotional self-care, especially on challenging days like a busy Tuesday, really helps improve my mindset. One key lesson I've learned is to 'ignore who ignore you.' This means not chasing after people who don’t reciprocate your attention or respect. It's tempting to seek validation or replies from others, but doing so often drains our energy and self-esteem. Instead, focusing on those who value you naturally brings more positivity into life. Maintaining distance from those who ignore you is not about being cold; rather, it’s about setting healthy boundaries that protect your emotional wellbeing. By treating others as they treat you, you create a balanced dynamic that fosters mutual respect. This approach encourages self-respect and discourages unhealthy attachments. When you stop begging for replies or attention, you empower yourself to prioritize your happiness over external approval. On Tuesdays, which can sometimes feel mundane or stressful, I remind myself of this philosophy. It helps me stay grounded and avoid unnecessary drama. If you’re struggling with relationships, whether friends or acquaintances who don’t seem to value you, try this approach. It may not only improve your social interactions but also boost your confidence and peace of mind.

AMEN and I am texting this to my only Son who is going through a difficult breakup with his girlfriend. I hope he believes it and leaves her alone because she distracts him all the time. Over last weekend, she blocked him and she wanted him to apologize but wouldn’t tell him why. It was driving my son crazy. She doesn’t deserve my son’s loving care, respect and support.
