3. Knead 5โ€“8 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Add a little flour only if very sticky.

4. Cover and let rise 1โ€“2 hours or until doubled in size.

5. Divide into 2โ€“3 balls. Rest 20โ€“30 minutes before stretching.
