In my little corner of the world I’m choosing joy and I 10/10 recommend.

Intentionally living = more smiling >

Honestly, I think my nervous system is finally making up for all the years my smile was dimmed… and I love this version of me so, so much better.

Don’t wait for things to happen to feel joy. You can create your own.

How? Where do you find joy? For me, I’d say it’s in all the little things that make you smile. Do them unapologetically. Do them without caring what other people think. Do them with people, do them solo, whenever, wherever, with whoever.

Whatever makes your inner child light up, giggle, and feel happy… do more of that.

The things you used to love, the things you stopped doing, the things you’ve wanted to try but didn’t because of fear or judgment… do them and romanticize your life because why not? I’d be the Ceo of it if I could lol 🦋

... Read moreChoosing joy intentionally every day has truly transformed how I experience life. For me, it’s about recognizing the small moments that spark happiness and making a conscious decision to engage with them. Whether it’s revisiting hobbies I loved as a child or simply allowing myself to laugh freely, these acts nurture my inner child and bring a genuine sense of fulfillment. Living intentionally means cutting through societal expectations and self-judgment. It’s liberating to realize that joy isn’t something that happens to you—it’s something you create by honoring what genuinely resonates within you. For example, I used to hesitate trying new activities out of fear of how others might perceive me. But embracing those experiences unapologetically has opened doors to new friendships, creativity, and a deeper self-love. Romanticizing life isn’t just about daydreaming; it’s a radical practice of finding beauty and meaning in the everyday. It rewires your nervous system from stress and exhaustion toward gratitude and excitement. By focusing on what makes your spirit light up—whether singing, dancing, or simply savoring a cup of coffee—you cultivate resilience and a joyful mindset. I encourage anyone struggling to find their spark to reconnect with their inner child. Ask yourself which activities made you giggle or feel alive as a kid and try reintroducing them into your routine. If fear or judgment hold you back, remind yourself that your happiness deserves that space more than societal approval. Intentional living, inner child healing, and romanticizing life are all intertwined paths that lead to greater well-being. Through everyday choices grounded in authenticity and joy, you not only brighten your own life but also inspire those around you to live fully. This journey is ongoing, and the more you practice, the more natural this joyful living becomes.
