2️⃣ Agility (Agility, Agility, Ready to Adapt)
One of the skills that makes those around us see our potential - diligence, learning and immediate action - stands out in sales and start-up management. 🏃♂️
3️⃣ Leadership (Good Leadership Skills)
Not just a leader, but a leader in mind, belief, and template by being an initiative, an action, an example, not a dictator, a person who is responsible for himself and the actions of others. 🏋️♂️
4️⃣ Resilience (toughness, endurance and stamina)
Like a diamond through heat, pressure to become a diamond.
The crown, the effort, the discipline, the constant action, even in the face of emotional feelings, can go on.

ในยุคที่การแข่งขันสูงและการเปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็ว ทักษะทั้ง 6 นี้ไม่เพียงช่วยให้คุณเพิ่มรายได้ แต่ยังสนับสนุนความสำเร็จในชีวิตและการทำงานอย่างยั่งยืน สำหรับผมเอง การฝึกฝน Analytical thinking ช่วยให้การตัดสินใจในงานซับซ้อนกลายเป็นเรื่องง่ายขึ้นมาก สามารถแยกแยะข้อมูลจำนวนมากและนำเสนออย่างชัดเจน ซึ่งสำคัญกับอาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อมูลอย่าง Data analyst หรือ AI engineer Agility คือทักษะที่ทำให้ผมพร้อมรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงเสมอ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ หรือปรับตัวกับวิธีการทำงานแบบใหม่ ช่วยให้ผมก้าวทันโลกที่หมุนเร็วอย่างรวดเร็ว ส่วนทักษะ Leadership นั้น พัฒนาขึ้นจากประสบการณ์จริงที่พบว่าการเป็นผู้นำไม่ใช่แค่สั่งงาน แต่เป็นการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีให้ทีม ยิ่งทำให้ทีมทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและบรรลุเป้าหมายร่วมกัน ความอดทนหรือ Resilience คือสิ่งที่ช่วยให้ผมไม่ท้อแท้เมื่อเจออุปสรรคในชีวิตและการทำงาน ฝึกให้ลุกขึ้นสู้ใหม่ได้เร็ว "ล้มแล้วลุกให้ไว" จึงเป็นคติเตือนใจที่ผมใช้เสมอ Creative thinking เปิดโอกาสให้ผมได้ลองสร้างโปรเจคใหม่ ๆ ทั้งเล็กและใหญ่ ที่ทำให้ประสบการณ์การทำงานสนุกและมีผลตอบแทนที่ดีมากขึ้น เพราะความคิดสร้างสรรค์นำไปสู่โอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ สุดท้าย Active listening เป็นทักษะที่ผมถือว่ามีค่ามาก เพราะการฟังอย่างตั้งใจช่วยให้รู้ใจคนอื่น เข้าใจปัญหา และสามารถคิดแก้ไขที่ตอบโจทย์ได้จริง อีกทั้งยังช่วยสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในทุกวงการ การพัฒนาทักษะเหล่านี้อย่างต่อเนื่องด้วยการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มอย่าง Coursera หรือทดลองทำโปรเจคจริง จะยิ่งเพิ่มโอกาสสร้างรายได้แบบยั่งยืนในปี 2026 และอนาคต ผมแนะนำให้ทุกคนเริ่มต้นวันนี้กับทักษะที่ตนสนใจ เพื่อเส้นทางการเงินและชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นครับ
