Mushroom Oyster Chicken
I don’t have any measurements on this recipe because I literally did what my heart desired 😊.
Have you tried to straight up just cut up some chicken, oil on the pan and fry and it came out a bit tough and hard?
*Cooking Tip: before frying… boil the chicken first.
(This applies to any other chicken dish as well.)
- 2 chicken breast I boiled for 30 minutes on medium heat. Anything more than that takes up to 1 hour. While that’s boiling….
- Cut up your veggies and fry it up with a tbsp of oil and minced garlic.
- Once time is up on your chicken. Cut it up any way you desire then mix in to your veggies
- When adding the oyster sauce, really just depends on how much more flavor you want and any other seasoning you prefer!
- Serve on rice and tada! Lunch/Dinner! Enjoy 😊
