🇮🇹 Italians STILL have the stereotype that all coffee in the US is the diner drip coffee they’ve seen in movies…

☕️ …but very rarely do they appreciate good, freshly roasted espresso from a “third-wave” coffee shop. (Those almost don’t exist in Italy… it’s all *very* dark roast espresso… often nearly burnt. 😬 I said what I said.)

But when he approves, you know it’s good!
