Because when companies invest more,
→ NVIDIA / AMD sells more chips
→ Cloud and Data Center businesses grow
→ AI companies have enough infra to train models.
→ Money flows further whole ecosystem
But in another corner...
The market also has to keep an eye on that.
"Can the money invested generate profits immediately?"
Because if one day the company starts lowering Capex,
Or start to see AI as still monetize, not worth the money burned.
The money that used to flow into this ecosystem
Could start slowing, too. 👀
And that could become pressure on AI stocks.
Especially companies that come up with prices.
