Money doesn’t respond to effort.
It responds to self-trust.
That’s why hustle fails women.
DM: NEGOTIATE
From my personal experience, understanding that money doesn't simply come from exerting relentless effort but from cultivating a strong sense of self-trust has been transformative. Many women, including myself, are conditioned to believe that working harder leads directly to financial success. However, this hustle mentality often results in burnout and missed opportunities because it overlooks the importance of confidence and negotiation skills. Self-trust means believing in your value and being confident to ask for what you deserve, whether it’s a salary raise, a business deal, or financial help. Negotiating with intention and self-respect has helped me open doors that hard work alone could not. When you trust yourself, you're better equipped to make financial decisions aligned with your goals rather than reacting out of fear or obligation. Practicing assertiveness when managing money is key. Instead of hustling non-stop, focus on building your negotiation skills and trusting your instincts about financial choices. For women especially, creating a mindset that values self-trust over mere effort can lead to more sustainable success and personal empowerment. In this way, money becomes a reflection of your confidence and negotiation prowess, instead of just the hours you put in.
