This helped diminish the silence when love isn’t verbally expressed. Ultimately, days without hearing "I love you" are reminders to cultivate compassion toward ourselves and to appreciate the different forms of love around us. Embracing this perspective can transform those quiet moments into opportunities for emotional resilience and genuine connection.
