Making sure I reach my water goals each day is so important to not dehydrate. I used to love plain water prior to my weight loss surgery, after getting the vsg I was unable to drink plain water, not sure as to why that is exactly, but it is what it is. Flavored water is better than no water, so I do just that, find flavors I love and I’m a creature of habit, if I like something I’ll drink it everyday all day. And right now my addiction is jolly ranchers watermelon and green apple mixed together in my Stanley and I do 2-3 a day until I get bored and move on lol.
