It also helps to temporarily tighten pores, giving your skin a smoother, more refined appearance. Plus, that invigorating cold shock stimulates blood flow once your skin warms up, creating a natural, healthy glow! I've personally noticed a significant improvement in my skin's radiance and how well my serums absorb afterward. It truly preps your skin to soak up all the goodness. While I love the full 'putting face in ice water' dunk, I know it's not for everyone, especially for 'first timers' or those with very sensitive skin.
