✨ Finally! Our First 5D Scan Experience in JB

I visited two different outlets for my scans, and honestly, the service was consistently amazing at both.

🗓️ Week 27 vs. Week 32

I actually went twice—once at Week 27 and again at Week 32.

The difference? Huge (Swipe to see difference!). If you’re looking for those chubby cheeks and a much clearer "preview" of your little one, my best advice is to wait until Week 32. At Week 27, baby is still growing into those features, but by Week 32, the clarity is next level!

💰 Value for Money: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The package includes digital images & videos (All accessible via their app)

There are additional charges if you want physical hardcopy prints.

👩‍⚕️ The Experience & Service

The staff and sonographers were so friendly. They don't just "show" you the baby; the sonographer took the time to explain every little detail we were seeing on the screen.

Our little girl decided to hide behind her umbilical cord. The staff were so patient—they actually asked us to take a 10-minute break to walk around and see if she’d shift positions. It worked!

❤️ Final Thoughts

I honestly enjoyed this so much that my only regret is not doing this with my first baby! It’s such a beautiful bonding moment and a core memory for this pregnancy journey.

SONOBEE ULTRASOUND BUKIT INDAH

4/21 Edited to

... Read moreHaving gone through the 5D scan process myself, I can genuinely attest to the emotional and visual thrill that comes with this advanced ultrasound technology. The difference between scans at Week 27 and Week 32 is indeed striking. At Week 27, the baby’s features are still forming and can appear less distinct, while by Week 32, you can catch adorable details like chubby cheeks and facial expressions with exceptional clarity. When visiting facilities like SONOBEE ULTRASOUND BUKIT INDAH, the modern equipment used, such as the mindray DC-60 and SonoScape VC6-2/Gen OB, ensures high-resolution images and videos, which are easily accessible on their app. This digital approach is convenient and allows expectant parents to revisit those precious moments anytime. The patient, informative manner of the sonographers cannot be overstated. They do more than just operate the machine—they interpret the images live, explaining the anatomy and movements, which adds to the bonding and educational experience. If the baby is shy or hidden, as my little one was behind her umbilical cord, taking a short break as advised can make a big difference in getting that perfect view. Cost-wise, many find the packages offering digital images and videos great value-for-money, especially for capturing memories that last a lifetime. While additional fees for physical prints exist, the flexibility to choose what you want makes it adaptable to any budget. Beyond the technical and service aspects, these scans offer a unique opportunity for parents to connect with their unborn child. The vivid 5D imagery makes the pregnancy journey tangible, providing reassurance and immense joy. Reflecting on my experience, I wish this option was as accessible during my first pregnancy—it truly enriches the anticipation and excitement leading up to the big day.

People say pregnancy is supposed to be a happy, protected phase. For me, it was when all the red flags became impossible to ignore.❌ 1) Setting up the baby cot — only when I’m in labour? They insisted on setting up my baby’s cot only when I’m already in the hospital delivering. Honestly, it
