How do I know? Because less than 4 months ago I could barely run 10 min. Now I can run a whole hour without feeling out of breath. I finish my runs feeling more energized than when I started.
Run 2 minutes or run around the block or run a whole hour. Just go and run!
And my secret? I run what others may consider SLOW. Do I care how others run?
NO. I run MY best. I run MY easy. I run MY strong. And yes, I, too, am a RUNNER! 🏃♀️🥰
