Self love habits- THAT CHANGED ME

Changing the relationship that I have with myself & others, started with changing my daily habits. My ability to love myself has always been something I have struggled with. Outside influences and childhood experiences created a lot of false beliefs in my head. Working on unlearning those on this journey of starting over that began at 27. ✨🤍
