I’m excited to announce the launch of my virtual Mental Health Coaching business, Tiny Mighty Transformations! 🫶✨🌿
After years of working in the mental health field and continuing my own healing process, I’m passionate about helping others live empowered, balanced lives.
Along with coaching, I’m currently enrolled to become a Massage Therapist, to create a holistic healing approach for mind, body, and soul. 🐛🦋
Along my journey, I have worked in hospitality, and at a community mental health center encouraging access to mental health and providing case management services for 4 years, I’ve earned an Associates in General Arts with emphasis on Early Childhood Development, and continued courses for Social Work. But what truly drives me is my personal story—actively working to healthily manage trauma, grief, and emotional struggles, I’m committed to helping you heal, set meaningful goals, and embrace your highest potential. 📝🔓
