I realized I was living a life unaligned with myself, trapped in a loop of abandoning myself in the sake of trying to please others or be accepted. As I began to really unpack this, my life soon followed suit. I left my marriage, quit my career job, and recently moved to Jacksonville, FL to completely rebrand myself & restart my life. I am I pursuit of a life filled with creativity, connection and abundance. 🫶🧚🏼‍♀️

I began a Virtual Mental Health Coaching business, and became a Certified Self-Care Life Coach! I am passionate about helping women and those who identify as women who are ready to step out of the cycle of people-pleasing and embrace their true selves with love, confidence, and strength.

Through personalized coaching, self-love practices, mindfulness practices, and positive mindset techniques, I offer a nurturing space where you can explore your inner world, find your voice, and reconnect with your power.

I also enrolled in Massage Therapy School to expand my ability to bring relaxation, restoration and healing to individuals struggling with finding time to care for themselves.

I am working on growing as a small content creator, a micro influencer if you will. I am so happy to see so many individuals embrace new lifestyles and try new things.

I’ve never felt more aligned with the direction of my life and it wasn’t until I began to practice compassion, self-love, trusting my intuition, and allowing the divine energy to guide me.
