Easy & Quick baby back ribs 🍖

Easy bbq ribs recipe

Ingredient 1 & Portion:

Rack of baby back ribs

Dry rub:

2 table spoons of e/a:

Paprika

Salt

Brown sugar

Garlic powder

Onion powder

(Adjust seasoning if you want more)

bbq sauce of your choice

Sides I did:

Mashed potatoes

Coleslaw

Stuffed mushrooms

Corn

Mac & Cheese

Detailed Steps:

Take baby back ribs and trim back and the membrane of the back of the ribs.

Pat the ribs dry then rub in your dry seasoning ingredients.

Had my oven preheated already to 375F and wrapped my ribs in tinfoil.

1 hour in the oven. Take out of oven and heat to the grill.

Popped my ribs down on the grill when already heated with the back side facing down and the meat facing up. Take your bbq sauce of choice and spread on there.

I put the grill lid down and let it cook for 10 minutes. Flipped the ribs on other side and did the same.

Kept flipping and putting sauce on until good grill marks formed.

Same time I was grilling I added my corn and cut them in half prior for faster cooking. The rib juice left from the tinfoil I poured over the top of the corn. Then go in with any seasoning like old over the corn. You know when the corn is down when it turns a brighter yellow and more shiny than dull prior to grilling.

Tips/future directions:

I wanted to add mustard to by dry rub but didn’t have on hand.

Letting the dry rub sit for an hour would be better to get the dry rub seep in the meat.

Want to try to do burnt ends next time but if you have a smoker I would 100% recommend doing that than grilling.
