6 Pregnancy Symptoms You Might Not Know (And What’s Been Helping Me 💚)

Metallic taste in your mouth — It’s called dysgeusia, and it can make even your favorite foods taste weirdly “off.” Totally normal, but definitely surprising!

Extra saliva (yes, really) — Some moms notice they’re drooling more, especially in the first trimester. It’s your body’s way of protecting your teeth and tummy from all the hormones at work.

Nosebleeds or a stuffy nose — Increased blood flow and swelling can make your nose feel stuffy, or even cause light nosebleeds. (Don’t worry, it’s super common!)

Strange vivid dreams — Pregnancy hormones can make your dreams wild and emotional. You might wake up laughing, crying… or craving pickles at 3 a.m. 😅

Itchy palms or feet — Mild itching is normal as your skin stretches and your circulation changes — but always mention it to your doctor just to be safe.

My holy grail: Moringa

Honestly, this has been the game changer for me. I’ve been taking moringa through pregnancy and now during breastfeeding, it supports my energy, helps with milk supply (seriously, lactation magic!), and just makes me feel more balanced overall. I’ve tried a few brands before, but Rosabella is the only one that doesn’t cause any digestion issues — super gentle and clean. 100% recommend to every mama-to-be or breastfeeding mom. I’ll pop their amazon link in bio for anyone who wants to check it out 💚
