Starting in this month of completion, you will be ‘booked and busy’ in a Holy a way. Still setting time apart to spend with God, spending time with family and friends, your spouse, still doing the work of the Lord all at the same time, with no excuses.
✨Make planning fun✨
I brought this $10 planner (very inexpensive) I have stickers, makers, highlights and sharpies, to decorate my planner, just so I can feel captivated to come back to it. I will add a keychain, and other accessories onto the rings of the planner, to make it fun.
✨Planning promotes discipline✨
It’s very therapeutic writing anyways, so why not jot down important things that you need/want to do.
✨A Holy Girl Habit✨
Add preparation and planning to your to-do list.
Starting a new planning habit can truly transform your daily routine and spiritual life. I started using an affordable $10 planner after realizing that organization was key to balancing my faith, family, and personal tasks—all while feeling joyful and motivated. What really helped was making the planner visually appealing: I added colorful stickers, vibrant markers, highlighters, and even little keychains on the rings. This personalization turned the planner from a simple schedule book into something I genuinely looked forward to opening each day. Planning promotes discipline, but it also creates a sacred space for reflection and goal-setting. Writing down your commitments feels very therapeutic; it’s like having a conversation with yourself and with God about your priorities and path. I found that setting aside just a few minutes regularly to plan helped me stay accountable without feeling overwhelmed or losing my spiritual focus. Another useful trick is to integrate planning into your regular to-do list as a non-negotiable habit—this ensures you prepare mentally and spiritually for your day. Plus, when you decorate your planner, it adds an element of fun and creativity to what might otherwise feel like a mundane task. My advice: don’t hesitate to start small and inexpensive. The goal is to build a Holy Girl habit where planning is part of your self-care, spiritual growth, and personal discipline. If you want, choose a date to start your planning journey—like a new month or week—and treat it as your sign to begin. Life hacks made easy, indeed!
