•strainer bowl (optional)

Steps:

Sea Moss 🌊🌱

1. Rinse seamoss with filtered water in bowl to remove sand and strain 3 times. (You can discard this water).

2. Soak rinsed sea moss in spring water for 12-24 hours in refrigerator.

3. Strain sea moss and/or save discarded water for plants.

4.Blend sea moss with fresh spring or filtered water until mixture is smooth and a thick paste that resembles pudding.*Tip: Add 1/4c then 2 T at a time until desired consistency is reached*

5. Label for 1 month expiration and store in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.

Smoothie 🧉

1. Blend greens, ginger, sweetener and 1/2c of choice of water.

2. Add frozen fruit and blend. Add more water for desired thickness as needed.

3. Taste if you need to add more sweetener and enjoy!

I hate taking vitamins & pills 😷And what’s even worse, is the weird taste some of them have. Not to mention, many of them only help improve one problem at a time and then have weird side effects. Hard pass 😳🙅‍♀️

Luckily, there is a natural alternative that last 1 month in the fridge and 6 months frozen. Sea moss!!!! I like mine in smoothies but you can also have it in applesauce, overnight oats or chia pudding,or make it a gummy.

It’s best to consume it raw (i.e don’t cook it with a soup) as that’s how you ensure you are getting the 92/102 minerals that comprise the human body from using it.
