My Weekend Reset🔋
Dearest Digi-Journal,
Over the past couple of weeks I have taken the time to love on me more and in doing so I’ve found so much peace and understanding of myself. I’ve learned how always thinking about what I must do next, or how I have these belief systems based on past experiences/anecdotal stories have been the thief of my joy in the present.
I’ve been letting this go more and more and in doing so I’ve discovered new hobbies like crocheting and henna and new places to unwind when I need grounding. Of course shopping always helps but the experiences were what I loved most.
This is a journey and I’m continuing to move, learn & grow through all life has to offer. Summer already popping !!!
