Slurp Tank Scum
When they think there smart hiding on Slurp Tank! #fortnite #fortnitegamer #gaming #fortniteclips #squad
As a long-time Fortnite player, I've had my fair share of encounters around Slurp Tanks. You know, those moments when you're rotating, and suddenly, you hear a faint movement, or you just know someone's trying to pull a fast one. It's almost comical how often players think they're being ultra-stealthy hiding on Slurp Tank structures, only to get instantly spotted! I remember one game, my squad was pushing Circle, and we came across a Slurp Tank. My teammate immediately called out, "He's on the Slurp Tank!" Sure enough, there was a player crouching right on top, probably thinking the bright blue liquid made them invisible. It was an easy elimination because, let's be honest, those spots are rarely as smart as players believe them to be. So, why do so many players gravitate towards hiding here? Well, Slurp Tanks offer a few tempting advantages. First, they provide a quick burst of health and shield, making them a natural magnet for anyone low on resources. Second, their sheer size can give a false sense of cover and elevation, leading players to believe they're out of sight. They often think they're being clever by trying to blend in with the environment, especially with the chaotic nature of a firefight. However, these 'smart' hiding spots often backfire. Players might try to hide behind the pipes, on top of the tank, or even crouch in the small nooks around its base. But experienced players know to always check these common areas. The bright blue glow of the tank itself often highlights anyone nearby, and the distinct sound it makes when someone uses it is a dead giveaway. What they often fail to realize is that the perceived cover is usually full of gaps and angles that make them incredibly vulnerable. Instead of just hiding, try thinking about Slurp Tanks more strategically. They're excellent for a quick heal mid-fight, or as temporary cover while you reload or reposition. You can even use them to bait opponents – let them come to you while you hold a strong angle. If you see someone trying to hide, don't rush. Take advantage of the predictable spots; often a quick pickaxe Swing to break their cover, or a well-placed explosive can clear them out. Always keep an eye on the mini-map for sound indicators around these points of interest. My personal tip? If you're going to use a Slurp Tank, do it quickly and keep moving. Staying put often means you're just waiting to be an easy target.
