I've noticed that without exfoliation, even the best products sit on the surface and don’t deliver their full benefits. Hydration can’t be overstated. Drinking enough water daily supports skin health from within, while applying a nourishing moisturizer morning and night keeps the skin barrier strong and makes skin appear plumper and more refreshed.
