When I first started experimenting, I found it helpful to focus on a few key products instead of trying to use everything at once. Firstly, a light moisturizer with SPF sets a good base and keeps your skin hydrated. Then, I use a tinted moisturizer or a lightweight foundation to even out my skin tone without looking heavy. For concealing any redness or under-eye circles, a small amount of concealer applied with a fingertip does wonders. Brows are essential for framing the face, so I gently fill in sparse areas with a brow pencil or powder, following the natural shape. To add a soft glow, I use a cream highlighter on the cheekbones and blend it well. Mascara is a great way to open up your eyes without looking too dramatic. A brown or clear mascara works well for a natural finish. And lastly, a tinted lip balm or a sheer lipstick in a shade close to your natural lip color ties the whole look together. One thing I’ve learned is to blend well and use minimal product layers, which helps achieve that effortlessly polished appearance. Watching video tutorials tagged with #nomakeupmakeup and #lemon8challenge also provided me with diverse techniques from other users, which improved my skills. With some practice and the right tools, anyone can master this look and feel confident in their natural beauty!
