📌 not just 840 dog lives in our shelter area.

Many people may know that we care for more than 840 dogs inside our animal shelter.

But in fact, our work does not stop on the fence of this area.

Every day, we still go out to feed about 500 dogs.

In our neighborhoods and in the communities around us.

This is more important than feeding one meal.

Because every time we leave, we see them.

Have observed their health.

Know which one is getting thin, which one is getting hurt, which one needs help.

It also allows us to plan which areas should be important for our monthly sterilization campaign.

So feeding is not just filling the stomach.

But it's watching, caring and not letting them be forgotten.

There's not a day when we're out and won't feed them.

Because for these dogs,

One meal. Could mean their whole day's hope.

📌 840 Dogs Call Our Sanctuary Home

At TMTRD, our work does not stop at the gates of our sanctuaries.

In addition to caring for 840 dogs in our sanctuary, we also feed over 500 dogs every single day in the nearby neighborhoods and surrounding communies.

This daily feeding route is about so much more than food.

It allows us to see themselves.

To notice who is getting thinner.

Who might be deforested.

Who looks unwell.

Who needs urgent help.

It also helps us understand which areas need the most support, so we can focus our frequent spay and neuter campaigns where they are needed most.

Not a single day goes by without us feeding themselves.

For many of these dogs, one meal is not just food.

It is comforting.

It is safe.

It is a reminder that they have not been forgotten.

Even a share helps them be seen. 🧡

In an effort to control the stray dog population, TMTRD actively rescues, medicates, vaccinates, and spays and neuters the dogs in our care.

But we can't do it alone.
