Apple Fritter Loaf Recipe🍎

YOU NEED:
💗Loaf Batter:
1/2 c butter, room temp
2/3 c sugar
2 eggs, room temp
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 c AP flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c milk, room temp
💗Apple Mixture:
2 apples, cut into small pieces.
2 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs cinnamon
💗Sugar sprinkle coat:
1/3 c brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
💗Glaze:
1/2 C powder sugar
3 Tbs water
RECIPE:
1. Mix together sugar and butter together until smooth. Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time, then add in vanilla.
2. Add in your flour and baking soda and mix until smooth.
3. Mix in the milk until smooth.
4. Set aside and in separate bowls, create the apple mixture and sugar sprinkle coat.
5. Start layering. In a sprayed 9x5 loaf pan, add in half of loaf batter, half of the apples, and half of the sugar sprinkle coating.
6. Repeat layers.
7. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes to an hour, a toothpick will come out clean when done.
8. Let cool while preparing your glaze.
