We paid $286 to stay at a Hotel @Radisson Hotels & Resorts in St. Louis Mo. after 3 failed rooms, one where the bed wasn’t even made, the upgraded us. And this is what we got for an upgrade!!!!! Im livid but also exhausted. I hope to have an explanation tomorrow at checkout because this is unacceptable #hotel #hotelstay #horror #neveragain #hotelreview

From my personal experience, dealing with multiple failed rooms is not only frustrating but also exhausting, especially when paying premium prices like $286 per night. The expectation with an upgraded room is higher quality and better amenities, but receiving a subpar upgrade feels like a major letdown. When I travel, I always ensure I check reviews and ratings beforehand, but occasionally even well-known hotel chains can disappoint. It’s essential to document every issue with photos and communicate promptly with hotel staff to seek resolution. An unmade bed is a clear sign of poor housekeeping standards and should never happen, particularly for the price paid. In such cases, asking for a management explanation and possible compensation at checkout is important. If they fail to provide a satisfactory response, sharing your experience through honest reviews not only helps other travelers but also puts pressure on the hotel to enhance their service. Always remember, you have the right to demand value for your money and good customer service during your stay.
