garlic knots

I made my own dough, but you can by it already made.

after you cute and tie them in a knot (as shown on the video) place parchment paper on the top and place in a preheated oven of 350° F. let bake for 10 minutes and then remove paper and allow to bake another 10 minutes or until brown.

I dumped the knots in a bowl and poured melted butter with garlic, parsley, and grated parmesan. after mixing them up by putting a lid on the bowl and shaking around gently and upside down and up again. I placed knots back on bake dish. add mozzarella cheese, parsley, and grated parmesan and let back until cheese is melted

Enjoy!

... Read moreGarlic knots are a popular Italian-American appetizer that combines the delightful flavors of garlic and herbs into a soft, buttery bread. Made from pizza or bread dough, they are typically rolled into small knots and generously coated in a rich mixture of melted butter, fresh garlic, and parsley. For an authentic taste, you can use homemade dough or opt for store-bought dough for convenience. The key to achieving the perfect texture is to ensure the dough is adequately kneaded and allowed to rise before forming the knots. Bake them in a preheated oven until they turn golden brown and irresistibly fragrant. Topping the knots with mozzarella cheese and extra herbs elevates their flavor, making them even more tempting. Serve your garlic knots warm, perhaps alongside marinara sauce for dipping, to enhance the experience. This versatile recipe is not only a great party snack but also a delightful addition to any meal. Whether you’re hosting a game night or enjoying a family dinner, garlic knots are sure to impress your guests with their savory aroma and flavor!
