In 2023, I accompanied my mom to her foot doctor as she was getting surgery for her foot. Going down a incline curb in the parking lot, my knee gave out and I ended up falling and spraining my ankle badly. It needed up taking a year to heal. I was in the boot for 6 months because I was so unstable.
