今回初めて「中華料理 新仙（しんせん）新宿東口本店」に行って、いちばん印象に残ったのは“ミシュランの牛煮込”として有名な牛腩（牛煮込み）の完成度でした。メニューを見て迷ったら、まずは牛腩系を選ぶのが満足度高いと思います。 私が頼んだのは定食セット（レギュラー定食 1,650円の表記を店内で見かけました）。到着した瞬間に「なんだこれは！」って言いたくなるボリューム感。牛の旨みスープがとにかく濃いのに、重すぎないクリアさもあって、清湯スープの良さが出ていました。お肉はホロッとほどける感じで、大根も甘くてびっくり。私は途中で“ライスに乗せる”食べ方に切り替えたら相性抜群で、箸が止まりませんでした。 さらに嬉しかったのが、セットに麻婆豆腐が付くことがある点（その日の内容で変わる可能性はあります）。牛腩の優しい旨みと、麻婆のパンチのある辛さが交互にくるので、最後まで飽きずに食べられました。ランチ千円台〜という雰囲気も含めて、コスパ最強と感じる人が多いのも納得です。 写真を撮るなら、①湯気が立つ牛腩のアップ、②スープの透明感、③大根の照り、④セット全景（麻婆付きなら一緒に）を押さえると「新仙のメニュー感」が伝わりやすいです。店名が入った外観〜入口の写真も、あとで見返したときに“新宿東口本店”だと分かりやすくておすすめ。 行き方はJR新宿駅東口から徒歩約3分で、歌舞伎町の靖国通り沿い。私は混雑を避けたくて少し早めの時間に行きましたが、タイミングによっては「今なら予約なしで入れるかも」という日もありそうです（ただし確実に入りたいなら事前確認が安心）。 全体的に、デートでも一人ランチでも使いやすい雰囲気で、本格中華をカジュアルに食べたい日にぴったり。次は別メニューも試して、またレビューと写真を追加したいと思いました。
