This post does not say that "these things are wrong."
But that's what I do. I see most people do.
And it doesn't lead to a long-term target.
Therefore want to share it in case anyone is lost as well
1. Play only belly
Because the fat doesn't disappear at all
Six Pack will come. It's gonna burn the whole system, not just sit-ups.
2. Cardio only
Cardio is good, but without muscles, the metabolic system will not grow.
The last one had to run harder and harder and then be discouraged.
3. Cracked
Mostly not because of bad habits.
But because the rules were too brutal in the first place
4. Fasting, eating less
Weight down really quickly, but when the body is tired
Then come back to eat harder than before, repeat the same loop
5. Plan eight rounds
A pretty plan doesn't mean it's actually done.
A simple plan, but consistently done. Take it further.
6. Weigh every day
Numbers go up and down by water, food and sleep.
But many people take it to destroy their own encouragement
If you are working on one or two
Doesn't mean you're bad.
Just a little time to adjust the perspective
Fit doesn't have to be exact.
Just don't quit. You win.
