MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS
The smaller wins can be BIG too! I woke up with the intent to take my children to the park. I got us all ready to go, then found any and every excuse to push us behind on schedule-to the point I said to myself, "let's just go another day."
BUT THEN...
I took back over and said "NO we are going!", after hours of debating with the idea. I let go of feeling overwhelmed and overthinking—not only for me, but my babies deserved their mommy to show up for them as well.
Little did I know that their excitement for
"Mommy" to go, boosted me to keep going; instead of letting the thoughts win the day ahead of me!
My advice to mom's or just women who get overstimulated, overwhelmed, or all the above— you're not alone. KEEP GOING!!
Even if you're just getting some fresh air like me! Take your life back and do for YOU!
When you're good for yourself, you're good to show up for others too!
Take care of yourself. Don't rely on others for happiness. I decided I choose happiness even if it's in small strides.

Mental health is a crucial aspect of overall well-being, and small victories can have a surprisingly powerful impact on our emotional state. In today's fast-paced world, many individuals, particularly moms, often feel overwhelmed by their responsibilities. It's essential to recognize that you're not alone in this struggle. By embracing vulnerability and sharing experiences, women can foster supportive communities that uplift each other. Activities like going for a walk, practicing mindfulness, or simply enjoying a moment of silence can help recharge emotional batteries. Finding joy in these small acts not only benefits your mental health but also enables you to show up as a better parent, partner, or friend. Remember, it's the daily choices that lead to long-term happiness, and prioritizing yourself is a significant first step. Embrace this journey of mental well-being today!
