✨How I stay organized ✨

I have ADHD and ADD so I get distracted pretty easily! I tried to stay organized for years and I could not stay on top of anything. It wasn’t until I started college that I finally found something to help me!!!

These are the apps I use to help keep me focused I hope they can help you too!🫶🏼

GOOGLE CALENDAR- I made it a widget on my Home Screen so I can see what assignments or events I need to do! 🗓️

STRUCTURED- you can plan out your whole day with this app! You can schedule how long you spend on certain assignments and can pace yourself! ✨

REMINDER APP- I also made this one a widget and I put it under my google calendar. Just like the structured app it sends me notifications to help remind me that I have things to do. 📲

Google Calendar is an essential tool, making it easy to visualize deadlines and events on your home screen. This accessibility ensures you never miss a crucial assignment again. Structured takes it a step further by allowing users to plan their day meticulously, ensuring that tasks are completed within a designated time frame. It helps in breaking down overwhelming tasks into manageable time slots, which is vital for anyone who finds themselves easily distracted. Another great app is the Reminder App. By setting up notifications strategically, you can ensure that you are prompted at the right moments to tackle your tasks, making it less likely for things to fall through the cracks. These applications are not just for students but are beneficial for anyone juggling work and personal life. Beyond apps, implementing a consistent daily routine, utilizing checklists, and dedicating specific times for tasks can foster a sense of control and organization. Many individuals with ADHD find that physical spaces also need to be organized to reduce distractions. Keeping a tidy workspace, minimizing clutter, and creating a designated area for specific tasks can help further improve focus. Together, these strategies create a holistic approach to managing ADHD symptoms effectively. By combining digital tools with practical organizational methods, you can lead a more structured and productive life.
