🌸 SPRING CLEANING

My spring cleaning tips as an ADHD girly!

1. Use a planner! I personally purchase templates from chicandorganized on Etsy (link on profile) to use on my ipad! There are so many websites and shops to browse from.

2. Take it slow, don’t overwhelm yourself. Do one small task at a time.

3. Declutter your space. This helps so much to clear your mind, trust me.

Start by prioritizing your cleaning tasks—consider creating a checklist that divides jobs into daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. This approach helps maintain organization and reduces stress. One crucial aspect is decluttering your space; a clean environment promotes a clearer mind, increasing focus and productivity. Begin with small areas—a drawer or a corner of a room—before progressing to larger sections. Also, establish clear zones for different items to streamline your cleaning and organizing processes. Moreover, implementing a planner can greatly aid in keeping track of tasks. Consider digital formats for easy access, or browse platforms like Etsy for customizable templates that suit your style. Remember, the key is to take your time, and celebrate small victories along the way. Finally, join communities or forums focused on ADHD organization techniques for additional support and inspiration!
