This was a great sendoff to Summer! I was looking for an easy, low-stakes read and that’s exactly what this is.
Aurora is a wellness influencer from London who goes to Colorado after her aunt passes away with the intention of selling off her ranch. Wyatt works on the property who is not happy about the upcoming sale. They both had good chemistry and I enjoyed their banter, it was playful and had me laughing out loud quite a few times.
Overall I enjoyed the dual POV and I think this is a light and spicy read that is perfect for Summer! I am excited to check out the next book in the series and see what comes next for the side characters.
Thank you NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own. 💕

Building on my initial thoughts about "Live, Ranch, Love," I wanted to dive a bit deeper into why this book truly resonated with me and why it’s a must-read if you’re into contemporary romance. It’s more than just a quick summer read; it perfectly captures that charming "romance on the ranch" vibe while offering a fresh take on classic tropes. What really hooked me was the dynamic between Aurora (also called Rory, which is a cute detail!) and our grumpy rancher, Wyatt. Aurora, our chic wellness influencer from London, is worlds apart from the rugged cowboy. Their initial clash over her aunt's Colorado ranch felt so natural. You can practically feel the sparks flying as they navigate their opposing goals – Aurora wants to sell, while Wyatt is fiercely protective of the land he works on. The "enemies-to-lovers" journey here isn't just about witty banter; it’s about two very different people slowly peeling back layers and finding common ground, often through hilarious misunderstandings and undeniable chemistry. That "deal to create a wellness retreat" mentioned in the blurb is a fantastic catalyst, forcing them into close quarters and pushing their boundaries. The Colorado ranch itself almost feels like a character. Emma Lucy paints such a vivid picture of the small-town setting, making you feel like you’re right there amidst the horses, the wide-open spaces, and the close-knit community. It's not just a backdrop; the ranch is central to Wyatt’s identity and becomes a point of contention and eventual connection for Aurora. If you’re searching for a story that transports you to a picturesque, slightly rustic escape, this book absolutely delivers on that "romance on the ranch" promise. It truly makes you want to pack your bags and head west! I mentioned it’s a "light and spicy" read, and I stand by that! The spice is well-integrated, adding to the growing intimacy and passion between Aurora and Wyatt without overshadowing the plot or character development. It’s the kind of spice that makes your heart flutter, perfectly balancing the charming romance. The dual POV really enhances this, allowing you to get into both Aurora's sometimes chaotic, influencer-brain and Wyatt's more grounded, protective thoughts. This pacing makes it incredibly easy to get lost in, justifying its spot as a perfect low-stakes summer read. For anyone looking for more "Emma Lucy books," her writing style here is just so engaging. She crafts characters you genuinely root for and builds a world you don't want to leave. "Live, Ranch, Love" feels like a promise of more delightful reads from her, especially if she continues to explore these heartwarming yet steamy contemporary settings. It’s a fantastic entry point into her work, showcasing her talent for blending humor, heart, and heat. So, if you’re still pondering whether to pick up "Live, Ranch, Love," I wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a charming, funny, and steamy adventure that will leave you smiling long after you’ve turned the last page. It truly delivered on everything I look for in a great "romance on the ranch" novel.
