When I first tried the Anastasia Beverly Hills Lash Sculpt mascara, I was excited because I'd heard good things about ABH products in general. However, my experience was quite different from what I expected. The mascara’s formula felt dry and flaky soon after opening, which made it challenging to apply smoothly. What I did appreciate was the wand design — it’s uniquely shaped to catch every lash, even the tricky inner corners, without clumping. This shows thoughtfulness in product design intending to enhance lash volume and length. Still, despite the good wand, the mascara failed to deliver the dramatic volume and length I hoped for. It had a disappointing tendency to smudge and even melt off throughout the day, which was frustrating, especially since it didn’t increase lash fullness or separation as promised. Over time, the formula dried out and became completely unusable. From a personal perspective, I think mascaras with a creamy, buildable formula tend to work best for daily wear and special occasions alike. They balance ease of application with long-lasting effects and minimal fallout. ABH is typically known for high-quality makeup, but this particular product didn’t live up to that standard for me. For those considering this Lash Sculpt mascara, I would recommend testing a sample first or exploring other mascaras from the ABH line that may have better staying power and formula consistency. Overall, product performance is as important as packaging or brand name. My takeaway is to prioritize formula quality and longevity, especially in products you depend on daily like mascara.
