This is the Guerlain Shalimar Eau De Parfum.
I have had this since I was probably 15 years old! This is one of my favorite perfumes. The scent lasts ALL day! This has notes of bergamot, iris, and vanilla. It's a very powdery fragrance in my opinion. Not until writing this review did I realize the story behind it! It's so cool. Their website says, "Inspired by the passionate love story between an emperor and an Indian princess, Shalimar, which means ‘temple of love’ in Sanskrit, symbolizes the promise of eternal love forevermore." The bottle design is gorgeous, and won an award in 1925 at the Paris Decorative Arts Exhibition. On the brand's website, it's $145 for 50 ML. So I used this sparingly (hence it taking literally 10 years to finish!). I have a lot of friends and family that are sensitive to fragrances, but no one ever complained about this one to me, so if you're sensitive / have someone in your life that is sensitive to fragrance then this might be right up your alley! I absolutely loved this, and really want to get my hands on it again! And even though I finished this, I just think the bottle is so beautiful - I'm definitely keeping it!

I took my time savoring this perfume, which lasted for around ten years, using it sparingly due to its price point. Its uniqueness and refined character make it a special fragrance to own, especially for collectors or anyone searching for a timeless scent that blends history, elegance, and wearability. If you ever consider trying Shalimar, be ready to experience a fragrance that carries both a cultural heritage and a personal memory with each spray.
