How I Find Time To Read ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Here’s some of my tips for how I finish reading 2-3 books a week while working full time.

✨ I always set aside at least an hour dedicated to reading every day. And usually a little bit more on the weekends.

✨I read when doing low impact workouts like walking on the treadmill, Pilates, stretching etc. This is usually easiest done when reading on my Kindle or phone.

✨Reading on my lunch break at work gives me a nice break from the first half of the day and makes me feel a little more refreshed when I go back.

✨I can usually sneak in a few chapters while I’m cooking dinner when I’m on a step that’s more hands off.

✨I avoid being on my phone before bed and instead will read to fall asleep.

✨And finally I use the Bookly app to track my reading, set reminders, make goals, and keep track of all the books I read.
