The #AsburyPark Biergarten which suffered extensive damage from a flood in September 2023. This caused the landmark bar & restaurant to miss out on massive holidays.
According to the owners, the restaurant was unable to get insurance to cover the damage of the flood.
Another reason for the closure is that landlords we're going to increase the rent almost 3 times the original amount. With the combined issues, the bar has officially shuttered.
