Why won’t the hairspray come out?!?

How many times have you grabbed for a bottle of hairspray, dry texture spray, volumizer (or whatever your preference) and it doesn’t come out. You keep pushing the cap and still nothing. A thin layer of the product is covering the opening of the cap. Super simple solution to fix this and still
