I've found that if someone can’t handle the idea of you being a truck driver, it’s better to know early on. It’s important for self-respect and for building relationships grounded in honesty. After all, honesty is a vibe check all on its own! Sharing your truck driving career also provides an opportunity to educate others about the industry, breaking stereotypes and fostering admiration for the hard work involved. Whether you choose to mention it immediately or wait, being true to yourself is key to finding someone who appreciates you for who you are.
