I particularly enjoyed dining at Palmerio located in La Casona — the menu blends authentic Mexican flavors with modern twists. The rooftop bar, Soro, was my favorite spot for relaxing evenings under the stars, accompanied by thoughtfully crafted cocktails and a vibrant atmosphere. You can feel the soul of the region woven into every dish and drink. For outdoor enthusiasts, the resort offers exceptional opportunities from its swimmable beach ideal for snorkeling and whale watching to expertly designed golf courses by Jack Nicklaus. I took advantage of the Adventure Center’s team to plan a day trip exploring the surrounding desert and marine environments, which was impeccably arranged. Families will appreciate the Kids for All Seasons program, providing engaging activities that allowed both fun and learning, while adults can unwind in private cabanas by the pool or indulge in rejuvenating treatments at the Four Seasons Spa. One unique feature that left a lasting impression was the Open-Air Mercado and Artisan Studio, where local craftsmanship and fine foods were available, adding an extra layer of authenticity and connection to local culture. Whether you are planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a special event like a wedding at the Casa Del Sol, this resort offers a comprehensive luxury experience infused with Mexican heritage.
