Enjoy the Process ❤️

"How long have you been lifting?"

A question I get asked and the answer surprises people.

A very long time.

10. Plus. Years.

And despite being in great shape prior to each of my pregnancies, I STILL have to start over in less than perfect shape and rebuild AGAIN.

I've done this three times now.

You know what keeps me motivated?

I genuinely enjoy the process.

So if you don't like your diet or your workout routine, well you better find something you do like because this is for LIFE baby!

Stay tuned for my program launching THIS SUMMER!!

Be encouraged 🌻

Many women struggle with motivation after childbirth, but finding enjoyment in workouts is key. Consider exploring various fitness activities to discover what truly excites you. If traditional exercises feel tedious, try dance classes, hiking, or group workouts, which can make fitness fun and social. Remember, it's about consistency and progress, not perfection. Connecting with communities, like the #momswholiftweights or #fitpregnantmom groups online, can also provide support and motivation. Sharing experiences and tips within these platforms fosters a sense of belonging and accountability. Additionally, think about setting personal goals that focus on enjoyment rather than solely on aesthetics. Celebrating small victories can inspire you to keep going. Above all, remember that your fitness path is just that—a journey. Enjoy every step of the way!
