I definitely post at home workouts and definitely think it can be a good start, and a good way to continue IF you have enough equipment to progressively overload!
The problem is most women don't know what they are capable of so they will rarely purchase weights above 15-20 pounds.
If that's you you are going to outgrow those real quick honey.
Invest in a gym membership OR some heavier weights for home.
