Hi!! I’m Morgan, and I’m gonna be SO fr with you right now 😅
I am not a social media expert. I genuinely have no idea how to “build a brand” or make my content look super polished and professional.
This post right here? It’s the first thing I’ve made that didn’t feel like a complete chore 😂
BUT what I do know is how to coach women.
I deeply understand anatomy, how pregnancy changes the body, and how to reconnect your nervous system to your core so you can actually build strength again in motherhood.
I know how to help women feel confident in their bodies again. I know how to improve movement, reduce dysfunction, and build real strength that carries into everyday life.
We all have strengths and weaknesses, and helping moms is mine. Like… deep in my soul kind of mine. It genuinely feels like a calling from a higher power, and I care about it more than I know how to put into words.
I just don’t fully know how to translate all of that through social media yet 🫶
BUT I’m working on it, so bear with me 😂 because helping YOU matters so much to me 🩷
I’ve also been building a core program that I have poured my blood, sweat, tears, and probably a small portion of my sanity into 😂
But I’m also a shy girl who wants it to be ✨PeRfEcT✨ before I put it out into the world.
Moms, come say hi 🫶 I'd genuinely love to connect with y'all

... Read moreAs a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who is also a stay-at-home mom, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to rebuild strength and confidence after pregnancy. Pregnancy brings significant changes to the body, especially in the core and pelvic regions, which can affect daily function and overall wellbeing. What helped me and many women I coach is a holistic approach to postpartum fitness focusing not just on exercise but also reconnecting the nervous system to the core.
In my experience, many new mothers struggle with feeling disconnected from their bodies. Simple movements can feel difficult, and the pressure to 'bounce back' can be overwhelming. That's why personalized coaching is critical—it addresses unique challenges such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor weakness, and general fatigue.
One of the most valuable insights I gained was learning how to carefully and gradually engage the core muscles through mindful movement exercises. This approach helps prevent injury and supports rebuilding strength in a sustainable way. Hydration, nutrition, and rest also play vital roles in recovery and fitness progress, so I encourage moms to incorporate these habits consciously.
Social media can sometimes feel intimidating and overly polished, which is why I share my journey in an authentic, relatable way. Being a shy person myself, I’ve poured my passion and personal experience into creating a core program designed specifically for postpartum women like me—moms who want realistic, compassionate support without pressure to be perfect.
If you’re a mom feeling lost about how to regain strength or simply want to connect with someone who truly understands the physical and emotional changes of motherhood, don’t hesitate to reach out. Together, we can build confidence, improve movement, and help you thrive in this incredible journey of motherhood.
